A football club has apologised after it published images of a new clothing line with "United 93" printed on the back - the call sign of one of the aircraft hijacked on 9/11.

The clothing was supposed to make reference to Oxford United's founding year of 1893.

However, it said it had been released "without understanding of the historical context and associations".

it's extremely disrespectful to still have tuesdays because 9/11 was a tuesday. it's extremely disrespectful to still have christians because the many of the victims of 9/11 were christians. i demand that everyone be blinded because the victims of 9/11 could see.

like, how much fucking minutiae are we supposed to know and avoid, lol? one of the hijackers had size M underwear so that's out too?

    it's just extremely disrespectful.. Anyway here's how orangeman bad is doing war on Iran and killing thousands of people is actually a distraction from the Epstein files that everyone knows about and nobody cares about.
