Hi everyone, I’m posting this as a follow-up to my previous post.

It is with a heavy heart that I update you all that Ramzi Aburaida, resistance fighter and a member of the Aburaida family, had succumbed to his injuries from the occupier’s drone strike and passed away as of 8 September (apologies for the delay). A funeral prayer was held and his body was promptly buried on the same day.

The loss of Ramzi has extremely affected the greiving Aburaida family, who fear that they may face further surveillance from the occupiers. Hassan’s mother is the most affected and is currently in critical condition in the hospital. As I write this, things are only getting worse in Gaza by the hour. The family has been struggling to obtain food lately due to the ever-increasing prices caused by the blockade. They will need around €500 in total and every little amount donated helps them push through another day of hardship.
