That's what the capitalists want. They want us arguing over AI either being a panacea bringing about a magical capitalist utopia, or something that will kill us all unless we allow our ubermensch capitalist leaders to control it completely. All the while the real problem is capitalism and how it turns all good innovations into anti-worker tools.
