Man that is scary. I've turned down some jobs to do fairly easy electrical stuff after I saw the attic had three sets of convoluted wires everywhere set up in a haphazard fashion, and not grounded. Some of the plugs had the neutral wired to the ground to fool the testers the city inspectors use to test.

I am not an electrician, didn't want to be blamed if a fire did happen from that shithole, (full of cockroaches too.) It's also against the law there, only if I was the owner and there weren't renter would it be legal to do my own work and even then in that city idk.
