Kimmel’s interview with James Talarico will be shown on YouTube, the late night host announced

Jimmy Kimmel’s upcoming interview with Democratic Senate hopeful James Talarico will not air on ABC, the talk show host announced, citing the network’s legal troubles with Trump’s FCC as the cause.

The late night host shared the news during his opening monologue on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Wednesday, beginning by discussing the Texas Senate race in which Talarico is leading Republican Ken Paxton, according to recent polls.

“I will be interviewing James Talarico tomorrow night under unusual circumstances,” Kimmel said, before explaining that the interview will go directly to YouTube and not air on ABC amid the network’s ongoing issues with the FCC.

It wasn’t until I’d gotten past my “angst” phase that I finally realized it’s okay to respect Christianity as much as any other world religion (even if that’s no respect at all - just be fair about it).

There are lots of disturbing counter examples, but “love thy neighbor” doesn’t sound so bad. I wouldn’t mind if that was the kind of inseparable idea you’re talking about.

Christianity as a concept, defined by the teachings of jesus, is a kind, accepting, and generous faith. I'm not an expert on religion, but I'm willing to wager that many religions are similar. So long as that religion is helping to give a moral compass to those without one, great! But, inevitably, religion throughout history is twisted to function as a cudgel for the ruling class, and used by the hateful to justify hate.
