I agree that's not good, but it is nothing compared to how Trump has prevented the building of new Wind turbines that were billion dollar projects, and had ZERO federal spending. He just does it out of spite. I bet the German government doesn't prevent privately funded or state projects. So in short: nobody will lend you money for your private renewable project anymore as no matter your business plan a third party benefiting from your failure has total control over just cutting you off from the neccessary infrastructure.
