A woman who was juror No. 5 spoke to WBZ-TV's Kristina Rex Tuesday, though she asked to remain anonymous.

"At the end of the day, there was so much doubt," the woman said. "The prosecution didn't have a figurative smoking gun. There was not a single moment throughout the presentation of that case where you could say 'Yup, 100% I'm certain she did it' or that she didn't do it. There was too much gray area."

“well, there just so much grey area. I’m not sure what to believe.”

11 jurors are saying so as well.

There is a lot of grey area when it comes to psychosis.

The question isn't if she did it. She did.

The question is where she gets locked up, jail or sanitarium.

    Where's the grey area?

where she gets locked up, jail or sanitarium.

That's the grey area right there.

Yeah that's why there's been an entire trial and a lot of debate about whether she was in her right mind or not. You got it totally figured out!

If it only took that testimony to convict Clancy, then there wouldn't have been a mistrial with 11 jurors convinced that there is reasonable doubt here.

For the record, I've never used TikTok.
