Requirements: Vegan (obviously) Greasy as shit, nutritional benefits optional Tasty/savory Fairly simple to prepare

Something to fill the kind of craving as shawarma cheese fries or the like. I feel like various forms of deep fried potatoes are a good base/starting point

I bet beer cheese and pretzels would be extremely easy to make vegan. The pretzels are already there; Just a matter of making beer cheese vegan, which shouldn't be difficult.
