That's completely asinine. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] FullPenguin@lemmy.world 2 points 5 days ago (1 child) No... I said that a 30.06 cartridge can be loaded to multiple pressures and fire different weight projectiles. All effecting total muzzle energy, but without some really funky loads, it's not deviating enough from the norm to cause the effect OP described in their conspiracy theory. How do you possibly take the whole of my explanation and think that I'm trying to say the say the bullet type doesn't matter? permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] ContactClosure@lemmus.org 1 point 5 days ago (1 child) This time you said 30-06, now I follow. Thanks. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] FullPenguin@lemmy.world 1 point 5 days ago I think to most people, "Cartridge" or "bullet" would imply the overall round, not the projectile or caliper. 22lr is the same caliper as 5.56. permalink fedilink source parent
