As someone in another thread pointed out, the Swedish government website has a section explaining - in English - exactly what a British citizen needs to do to remain in Sweden and it explains the routes to permanent residency and Swedish citizenship. The rules for remaining were made clear and these dumb fucks ignored them. No sympathy.

And complaining that the Swedes have followed the rules exactly as published is like complaining that they wear thick jumpers, make efficient furniture and drink coffee - it's a stereotype that is also somewhat accurate and part of who they are. If these migrants want to make a foreign country their home they need to integrate themselves into that country's culture and respect that country's social norms.
