    "Noticer" is something that people on 4chan say, but I've also seen a number of influencers using this term. "Noticer" basically means someone who blames jewish people for bad things happening or believes in a global jewish conspiracy theory. A related dogwhistle is "coincidence". The person will allege that there is a global jewish conspiracy theory and then sarcastically say call it a "coincidence".

    Emphasis on blaming jewish people, not blaming Israel. Rathbone spends a considerable amount of time on his stream accusing Jewish people of some global conspiracy, not just Israel.

    Adding to this, the part they're "noticing" refers to Jewish-sounding names (like Rothstein, Goldberg, Shapiro, etc.) attached to any given product or media. It's the whole "Jews control Hollywood and George Soros is funding auntie phó!" conspiracy nonsense reactionaries like to peddle. They may also use it in reference to what they think are "Jew tactics," such as interracial/cuckold porn, "being a shill," or what they perceive as corruption of women and children.
