It's the whole "Jews control Hollywood and George Soros is funding auntie phó!" conspiracy nonsense reactionaries like to peddle. They may also use it in reference to what they think are "Jew tactics," such as interracial/cuckold porn, "being a shill," or what they perceive as corruption of women and children.
