Depends on how you value human life.

Their organs can be harvested to save countless.

    Not nearly as many lives saved from one set of organs as lives destroyed to become a billionaire.

    There's only so many billionaires, with so many organs, a lot of those organs will be trash, so you could definitely count how many lives could be saved.

    Those organs have had the best treatment, good food, expert medical care, some have even been infused with the blood of healthy young athletes. Sure, a few have stressed their organs with cocaine, cigars, and expensive scotch, but most will be well-preserved.

    I say go for it.

    Oh I'm not saying it's not a worthy plan, it's just a lot of them are ancient, there's only so much you can do with an 80 year old liver, regardless of how many total blood replacements the corpse has had..
