Don't forget about animal agriculture (including mass irrigation to grow their feed) and golf courses. Capital has been wringing the earth dry for decades before anyone ever built a data center. I'm glad the world at large is aware of the water issue around data centers, but it's only a part of a long slow moving disaster waiting to happen
