Don't they already do this?

I've definitely seen one that was 2 pictures. 1 a couple, obviously hoping for a positive. The other a lone teen/20s girl, obviously hoping for a negative. The caption was along other lines of "Here's hoping for the result you want."

    Eh, that still kind of fits the narrative of "she should be a baby incubator but she should've waited til marriage so the man will support her"

    More that a couple in a committed relationship can choose to become parents. It's an unfortunate fact of biology that it must be the woman involved carrying the baby.

    A committed relationship can also choose to celebrate a negative test, a single woman can also celebrate a positive one

    True, but trying to fit that in an advert will never work. Stereotypes exist for a reason, they are a quick and dirty way of transmitting a lot of background information (for better or for worse).
