The state characterizes the physical contact as Durham using mild force to create distance after Kelver entered his personal space.

    Should try to get your hands on each and every cop use of force and how those were handled. Show them video of a cop shooting an unarmed black man with their hands raised and ask them to point out where the cop was in more danger than in this case.
