!nostupidquestions is a community dedicated to being helpful and answering each others' questions on various topics.

The rules for posting and commenting, besides the rules defined here for lemmy.world, are as follows:

I don't think so. Vegetable oils are mostly polyunsaturated fats, even solid spread products that have more palm oil and other saturated fats don't usually have any trans fats.
