They exist with a round dial as well. Personally I don't measure my tire pressure, ever. My car will tell me if one is low, and I'd go to a gas station to fill them to spec. Although lately I got a little compressor which goes in the cigarette lighter, which just lets you enter the desired pressure. I use that for the car, bikes, footballs and whatever else needs to be pumped to a given pressure.
