Looking at the TV's legs and the surface it was on, the culprit appears to be physics.

I've got a tv with legs like that. you can tip it surprisingly far over. I even made risers to tilt one forward to remove the glare from the afternoon sun

now, idk if the one in the photo has a worse balance than the two I've dealt with
