Today's game is Control. I went back through the Ashtray maze today and got a series of photos i really like. I did a lot of stuff with lines and light which i really like how they turned out. I'm just gonna quickly dump them here because there's not a lot i have to say about them other than "I think they look cool".

Anyways, Reflections. These reflections are so damn sexy. Like, i legit spent a solid 5 minutes playing with the photomode and checking out the reflections. I think Control has to have some of my favorite reflections i've seen in a long time. It makes me want to see how Alan Wake 2 fairs... I'll hold off on another playthrough though. For now at least. I've done quite a lot of playthroughs of that game and i should work through other things in my library.

I finished the Foundation DLC today and started the AWE expansion. I didn't get far but i primarily wanted to talk about Hartman. They fucking nailed it with him as an enemy. I love how he's this sort of Dynamic Threat you can't fight off. You can only really ward him away for the time being. Getting in that elevator especially was terrifying because it traps you in there and you can't do anything as he inches closer and forces the door up. My experience with Alan Wake had me really going "I wish i had a fucking flashlight right now".

Anyways, the DLC appears to be short so i'll probably make quick work of this game and then move on to the next game in my backlog. I might try a few sidequests though that catch my attention.
