I hated that book, I decided to read it because I heard so much about ot and it's fucking stupid. It creates a society that doesn't functionally work because the government requires businesses to share their intellectual properties, I think i read 2/3 of it and just couldnt. Who is John Galt? He's just some man who decided that the rich business leaders needed to live away from society. It feels like the book idolized these people while the people in question heat had the money to buy the ideas they needed to succeed. Ayn Rand has decent ability to articulate her ideas, Atlus Shrugged is just not it.
