I don't work in recruiting at all. I don't read resumes.

Office vs labor in my industry is weighted towards labor making more money.

Non-union on government contracts requires prevailing wage pay at union agreed rates. A laborer (basic unskilled labor) can make $45/hour with fringe benefits at $25/hour. They make OT on top of that which the salaried office employees don't.

Not every industry pays their workers garbage.
