My weekly preamble is in spoiler tags below.

preambleAside from the virtually daily Iranian strikes on the Oman route, the main threat that the US is facing in this newest phase of the war is logistics. With Bahrain and the UAE unsafe, the closest safest port in the theater is Diego Garcia, which is over 2000 miles away. Either the aircraft carriers would have to go to Diego Garcia to restock, which would be even less planes and missiles available should hostilities restart suddenly, or goods have to be shuttled to the aircraft carriers from Diego Garcia. This latter option appears to be too much for the US to handle, with widespread reports of dwindling supplies and morale on the USS Abraham Lincoln (and, to a lesser extent, the USS George HW Bush). These reports have culminated in the USS George Washington being sent from the Pacific to replace the Lincoln, which was the sole aircraft carrier in that whole theater. There are six more carriers in maintenance, leaving two carriers left that could even hypothetically be called upon should the USS George HW Bush need replacement; both are currently undergoing training, and of these two, the USS Theodore Roosevelt might be available soon; perhaps even as soon as September. I'm unsure whether the Roosevelt will be sent to the Pacific to replace the Washington, or if it'll be sent to the Middle East to replace the Bush. Nonetheless, that the situation has deteriorated to the point where we can speculate on how very limited naval vessels are going to be distributed is yet one more indication among many of the decline of US naval power. The symbolism was too much for me to ignore, hence the title: the last aircraft carrier in the Pacific being forced to leave, and not under military pressure in some hypothetical war against China, but to try and relieve logistical burdens elsewhere in a war of the US's own making.

This joins Trump's statements that the US will only be taking a very limited part in the South Korean military exercises. This is nominally because of the "great ties" the US shares with the DPRK, but this is an embarrassingly transparent face-saving statement. The DPRK is an increasingly major potential threat to South Korea, a major regional power and economy, but are also helping Russia with both manpower and materiel and getting military experience and data on their missiles' effectiveness in return.

The US's Under Secretary of War, Elbridge Colby, recently visited the Philippines. There, he gave a speech that promised to continue the construction of a defensive network that would deny China the possibility of militarily advancing through the Pacific by stationing US forces inside friendly countries. This is the NATO approach: our mere presence will deter the enemy because they would not want to start a direct war with us, and in exchange, you have to hand over billions upon billions of dollars. Colby gave the Philippines that most backhanded of compliments, the "model ally", and stated that the US was “definitely not disengaging from Asia”. My "We aren't pivoting away from Asia" shirt has people asking a lot of questions that are already answered by my shirt.

If you're a US-friendly country in the Pacific and possess even the slightest sense of self-preservation, you are surely feeling nervous. The US is moving its aircraft carrier out of the theater. Overseas, you've seen how Iran - a very strong regional country, to be sure, but not as powerful as the industrial juggernaut and nuclear superpower that is China - has nonetheless crippled several undefendable US bases, has exhausted a very large amount of American air defense missiles, is holding the global economy hostage, and the US can seemingly do nothing to stop them. You have to be looking at your own US bases, likely expensive and unpopular, and all the money you're handing over to the US, and glancing at how the Gulf states are bickering of being betrayed by their ally who promised them protection and immediately retreated. You have to be looking at your economy and its dependence on China. You have to be looking at Ukraine, and the unenviable state of destruction it has been driven to as a puppet of the US. You have to be looking at China itself, and how its military is rapidly developing in all fields, and how it's even catching up on microchip development. In all, you have to be really hoping that China is serious that they only plan a peaceful reunification with Taiwan, and that the US will not do something incredibly, stupidly reckless in their decline.

Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Examples of Ukrainian Nazis and fascists
Examples of racism/euro-centrism during the Russia-Ukraine conflict

Sources:

Moon of Alabama, which tends to have interesting analysis. Avoid the comment section.
Understanding War and the Saker: reactionary sources that have occasional insights on the war.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
Simplicius, who publishes on Substack. Like others, his political analysis should be soundly ignored, but his knowledge of weaponry and military strategy is generally quite good.

Iran Is Not Interested In Minnesota’s Water System, Israel Is Explains WAMM

Women Against Military Madness expose the roll of an Israeli tech company called Waterfalls Security Solutions in Minnesota’s water system, contracted with Saint Paul Minnesota to “protect” the cities water system.

Waterfall’s Board of Directors is stacked with former IDF soldiers who previously held leading positions in Israel’s military. The founder of the Israeli tech company has even bragged about carrying out cyber attacks for the Israeli military, however, the media claimed that it was in fact Iran that sought to commit cyber attacks against US water infrastructure.

The US is so completely cucked by Israel. The shit Epstein's handler Wexner is pulling g in ohio with his other Zionazi friends is particularly crazy.

The US isn't cucked by Israel, Israel could be dissolved if the US elite really wanted. US and western aligned elites fund Israel through various means and Israel uses those funds to do this shit. US is called the Great Satan for a reason. Individuals in the government are manipulated by Israel but ultimately they are subservient to the US and could be stopped if the billionaires really wanted to stop them.

I don't think they could. US elites would never undertake weathering the burden of the zionist entity using backdoors to destroy most water and power infrastructure as well as a ton of IT infrastructure and blow up the economy and fortunes of those same people as well as prime their desperate workers for a violent head-chopping revolution because the internet doesn't work and the jobs are gone and there are no circuses and possibly no bread because they hacked and blew up the bread production machinery. So no I don't think after Epstein. After the years of getting zionist intelligence founded companies acquired by big western tech companies and integrated into their tech stack, the years of carefully worming their way into contracts for security and every other matter that the US bourgeoisie could simply do this.

And the reason is the zionist entity is well aware of the South Africa precedent, is well aware the US has betrayed allies and friends in the past and has taken extreme measures to be able to discipline the US and make such a break-up so nuclear-level painful that the US would never dare do it. And there are politicians and intelligence officials in the US who have worked on behalf of the entity to ensure it could do this, who want the fate of it bound to the fate of the US. People who are driven by extreme religious/racial ideology more than borders or money.

Decades ago the US definitely ran the zionist entity, they propped them up with money, weapons, intelligence, support at the UN, diplomacy and leaning on people for them and they could have gotten them to do just about anything. But no smart project wants to be reliant on or totally under the thumb of a bigger partner and they sought leverage and I'm convinced they have it due to religious zionists in the US who opened the gate, and left the key for them. Just the same way those people helped them steal nuclear technology and acquire nukes which one would say was never in US interests as it's one less thing the entity then needs the US for which frees them from it.

The US is a singularly evil entity in all human history. This isn't hard to see imho. But in a number of cases they are actively doing things that benefit Israel at the expense of their own interests. A lot of us wars in the middle east fit this criteria. Most recvently the war against Iran. This is pretty cucked from my point of view.

Israel has a very specific role in American foreign policy. To keep the middle east destabilized to so as to prevent any unified effort to overthrow the US lead international order and the dominance of the petro dollar. Iran has been making leaps and bounds over the last 2 decades to become a true regional challenger to American dominance in the ME. Israel is the American attack dog. The US has been planning a war on Iran since before 9/11. This fits right into the American modus operandi. The narrative that Israel is controlling the US is false and entirely meant to misrepresent the fact that the US can no longer single handedly dominate world events like it did in the 90's. Blaming any shortcoming or operational failure on the increasingly draining demands of Israel. Israel is going to become a scapegoat. Which feeds into its inherent anti-Semitic existence.

I'm going to be brief because this is a very general comment. So Israel has an immense amount of blackmail and Zionist billionaires always prioritize Israel over the US and see the US as a tool to further Israeli interests. Israel is happy to play the attack dog but ultimately it is the US that has done the majority of the biting (lame expansion of that metaphor but I'll stick with the metaphor). I do not believe that it was in US interests to attack Iran and that's why it took a compromised pedophile in the White [power?] House to make the Israeli dream of war against Iran happen. Even Bush didn't fight Iran. Eventually Israel will be discarded but in the present they have definitely compromised the US imperial machine to a pretty significant degree. Fighting a war against a country for the interests of another country is fucking crazy

The zionists also secured funding and military equipment from nazi Germany. Would you say the zionists controlled nazi Germany? Israel lives off of American funding. If the US outlawed the zionist lobby today Israel would disintegrate in a matter of days. What you believe is irrelevant. Fact of the matter is the last 20 years (Iraq, Libya, Syria and now Iran) has been about dismantling the axis of resistance to US interests in the ME. The collapse of western capitalism has been simultaneously occurring during this time which gave Iran space to prepare because the US has become increasingly unable to sustain the pace of its foreign occupations. This war was going to happen regardless of what Israel said or did. Western leaders are living in the world of 10-15 years ago and have been completely ignorant of their own reality.

Terrible analogy. I mean I don't even know where to start. The position of Zionists in the US is completely different. I'll leave it there

Israel lives off of American funding. If the US outlawed the zionist lobby today Israel would disintegrate in a matter of days.

Why does Israel get so much funding. I mean you're almost arguing the point for me lmfao.

This war was going to happen regardless of what Israel said or did.

We don't live in a world of hypotheticals. Israel exists and has lobbied for this war for decades.

Fact of the matter is the last 20 years (Iraq, Libya, Syria and now Iran) has been about dismantling the axis of resistance to US interests in the ME.

Dismantling the resistance has been massively beneficial to Israel. Again Israel exists and we do not live in a world of hypotheticals.

Yeah true, IMO a more accurate description is there is an international bourgeoisie that uses states like the US and Israel to enrich themselves and further their interests, most of the people doing things that benefit Israel at the cost of the US are doing it for their own gain rather than for any country. It's just a classic trope that Israel/"International Jewry" is controlling global affairs and I don't think it's an accurate picture and promotes* actual nazi worldviews.

EDIT: "Promotes" is a bit strong of a word, I mean more along the lines of reinforces.

It's just a classic trope that Israel/"International Jewry" is controlling global affairs and I don't think it's an accurate picture and promotes actual nazi worldviews.

The reality is that this trope will only become more accepted and popular and the behavior of Zionist billionaires is entirely the cause. The resulting consequences of pointing out the actions of the Zionists is not the ethical responsibility of people pointing out said actions.

Other than that even the dumbest but objective look at pissrael as a phenomenon is that it is just terrible for Jews in the long term. Even as an insane Jewish supremacist, establishing a Jewish colony in the middle east is completely irrational if safety and security of Jews is your primary goal. Which takes me to my next point which is that while the international bourgeoisie is absolutely furthering their interests through these wars (military industrial complex is the most straightforward example) at least the Jewish Zionist subsection is completely ideologically driven and while they do benefit they are hurting Jewish people immensely. I believe the ideological zionsit views are their primary drive. The non Jewish Zionist motivations are a lot more difficult to breakdown and their material interest probably are the main motivation but not the only motivation
