    Dude, fuck of with this moralizing nonsense. How she should have acted is irrelevant. The issue is she's being tried for something that is obviously legal for someone with a different gender identity.

    walking up to them is way more than "not retreating". i wouldn't be so sure the same situation would be obviously legal for a cis person, especially if the 'phobes had a rich daddy or were related to the mayor.
