If you are on mobile you will be forced to put it in desktop mode to be able to fins the button to get into the forums though it will be at the top banner and say "Forum about Steam Games" if you can't see it try a different browser (always with adblock. Always) or put your mobile site into desktop view mode. There's raw game files but there is also a thread about removing the steam drm "cracking" from your own copies as well. Works with a lot of steam games. Although wait, doesn't EA use Origin or some other anti consumer bullshit?
