The wine goes in the sauce, and you can grate the chocolate for a topping

    Or, and I'm just spitballing here, a dash of mustard and paprike with a buttery crumb topping. Which would be complimentary to macaroni and cheese and not make your mouth scream in agony at the fact that you are eating three things that do not in any way shape or form go together in one dish.

    Then maybe give them the wine and chocolate as a dessert.
