    If your asking in regard to the part of the title referring to posting family photos that contain your children, the perceived immediate risk is chomos and groomers. But in the day and age of corpo tracking, social doxing, etc, building what amounts to a social paper trail on your children is unsafe in general. The same applies to adults, except we can consent to being idiots that ignorantly overshare our lives and soapboxes.
