My last truck I got 600,000km out of her, the break up was hard though. Going 110km/hr on highway. pulling a loaded trailer. Cylinder 1 connecting rod bearing failed heat siezed stalled, no brake assist or power steering. Source: In my MUCH younger days, I jacked knifed a semi truck and trailer at 60mph/100kph on black ice.
