100 % = worst person in the world.
Computed as an average of bad "actions" with respect to all actions.
Good and bad evaluated with respect to proven positive impact on people's lifes and the planet.
A new science emerges to quantify the effects various actions have on a person's score. Cottage industries take root to help people lower their scores with lowest possible effort. You will meet people who truly are assholes, but offset their asshole footprint enough that you don't know to be wary around them.
Offsetting the asshole footprint to deceive people is considered a bad action.
OK, well, what if they don't think of their good deeds as meant to deceive? So, they murder ten people, and they also happen to do 12 murders-worth of offset. You still have no idea you're dealing with someone capable of great villainy.
Basically greenwashing.
