Yes there were red flags, but the mission was to unseat Collins, so we were all willing to look the other way on some of them and were hoping that we were going to vote for the man he is now, to make this happen. Everyone who was supporting him did say that if something came out that was truly disqualifying, we'd drop him like a hot rock, and this clearly the case.

We are never gonna unseat Collins. This bitch has more lives than a cat! FML (flips a table)

I usually will take the women's side in cases like this. But come on the timing of this just seems like a hit job and it could be either Republicans or Democrats doing it. I'm so sick of the Democrats caving for every little scandal. While Republicans knowingly put pedophiles in office they don't give a f***

    No one is condemning Platner as a criminal. That’s for a court to decide. Everyone is just saying he shouldn’t be a Senator.

    Getting cancelled is not the same as getting thrown in jail.

    Not just that, but in his case it might be the real healing he needs. Or he could come out the other side with real viable opinions about the prison industrial complex based on lived experience, which was kind of the draw with him in the first place TBH.
