    Ok so we get to the crux of the issue here. Is everything any NATO member state does, NATO activity? Do bilateral relationships not exist?

    Italy and the UK let America use their bases because America have bases in Italy and the UK. Is everything America does that involves any ally that is also part of NATO, automatically NATO activity?

    It is not . It is imperialist alliance that was created to fight ussr imperialism and later russia imperialism. Hamas has nothing to do with europe defense. Israel also collaborated with russia but it get a pass for it by Nato. Nato was had a big role in destroying Lybia so agqin nothing about defending europe, canada and the usa
