The President of the United States still talking about the threat of Marxism 27 years after the end of the cold war and the “end of history” should be an inspiration to us all. They’re still scared, we’re still relevant, and the Spectre of Communism is still haunting.

Trump: You can be a communist or you can be a patriot. You cannot be both. As for those who peddle Marxist lies about our heritage, tell our children that we live on stolen land or that our heroes were oppressors. They're doing something much worse than slandering our past. They are slandering and attacking our future. We're not going to let that happen.

At this point, with a significant portion of random people in the US supporting Iran, being talked about like this feels like getting a big bump. Like if the big dry boy really fixates on us, our spectre will grow tremendously

    Communists in america have graduated from "that thing in the past that no longer exists, you're just a child if you support it" into "Communists are the greatest threat to this nation".

    I think that's actually quite a significant turning point. They are identifying communists as a sincere and growing influential force.
