For anybody also having a hard time reading that partially folded flag, or finding the text within the 1000 words article, it's this:

Agreed with the other comment, that's the most useless sign ever.
Even more useless was celebrating their engagement that way. My wife and I just posted about it on Facebook and went out for burgers or something.

The whole point of social media is to be an attention whore. You're on social media right now.
