Based on that quote, without reading it, I divine that his "point" is that lying to someone to get them to travel for sex isn't "reeeallly" trafficking.
That. But also: Trafficking isn't even a real crime, "sex trafficker" and especially "child sex traffickers" are political smears, and also prostitution and trafficking gets conflated so trafficking isn't that bad.
Michael Tracey is a piece of work.
I cannot imagine what it must be like to sit down at a computer, type that out, and somehow think it's a valuable contribution to the world.
