This seems very worrying: https://leminal.space/post/37117472 You're hosting in Germany now, right? I think I may have seen some mention of an exclusion of small servers, but I'm not sure. You might want to look into this. Also, I guess might be time to move out of the EU...

As I understand it, LS would fall under the 'microenterprise' classification in the DSA and therefore be exempt from the age assurance measures contained therein, so I think we can remain in the EU for the time being.

For what it's worth, I think I've seen some shenanigans in the DSA possibly relating to the count of not logged in(!) users, possibly related to that exception. I can't say that I understand how that works, though.

I guess it would be best if everyone would just be angry enough to make the EU take this nonsense back. Perhaps this would be worth doing some sort of top banner for the entire instance, asking people to complain? This is basically an attempt to take away the anonymity from most of the entire internet, if I understand it right. (I could be wrong, in fact I'd love to be wrong.)
