What am I actually looking at here? That's the Counter Strike UI, I've never seen that crowbar, and neither GoldSrc or Source 1 can do reflections like that. Is this AI, some weird Source 2 thing or some ungodly development that I can't currently fathom?

Counterstrike was a mod for half life. This is half life + reflecting pool, either a mod or photo editing.

I'm aware of what Counter Strike is, I develop for the engines. My familiarity is what makes this so suspect. The hud graphics are a mixture between the styles of the GoldSrc and Source games, the crowbar is colored like the HL1 crowbar but has too much detail, the trees in the background look like random polygon blob, and the reflections are likely impossible. I think this is AI.

Probably a different engine with stylized HL assets.

Edit: actually, taking a closer look at it, I think the shot of the environment is probably from a different game, and the HUD and crowbar could be gold source assets from Game Banana or something edited on a layer on top.

The thing is, if you look closely, the crowbar doesn't make sense. If you look at the base, it's a more rounded shape with a clear line going up, but as it nears the silver, that line fades into an indention like the crowbar in the Half-Life 0.52 alpha had, and then at the top, there's what seems to be a random jagged piece of geometry poking out.

Edit: and on top of that, there's other things that point towards this being AI. The pixels at the top of the shield icon are a bit nonsensical, the tiles are scaled weirdly, there are random spots of green light to the left of the pool and on the monument (likely the result of a "green glow" prompt), and some of the assets appear to be visibly pixelated while others don't.
