First of all, nuclear isn't cheap. It is, in fact, the most expensive way to generate electricity.

Second, nuclear has problems during heatwaves. Had we more nuclear in the mix, chances are the prices would be even higher right now:

    In general, yes!

    But, there is a fusion reactor which is cheap - we even can use it for free.

    It is at a safe distance - no deadly radiation.

    To receive electricity or heat, you only need a 1x1 meter device which can be mass-produced for one hundred Euro. Probably cheaper in the future.

    No waste problem.

    It is not being researched, in planning, or under construction. It is being operated now.

    It is installed in the center of the solar system.

    It is called SUN!

    Yeah, funny, technically correct, haha. However, the comment I responded to mentioned solar individually, thereby that comment does not include solar in radiation and from a technological standpoint solar and nuclear are two completely different beasts.
