What's racist about the assumption? The vast majority of shootings in the us are by white men, and at a group celebrating a black event the number goes up. The main group of people doing mass shootings in the us is white males at 55%, 87 out of 159:

And this is just mass shootings, the number goes up for individual/specific shootings.

    mass shooters are 98% male, so thats a wash, its basically all of them, so lets go with your race callout.
    White males do 55% of the shootings, but whites are 72.1% of the US population. So they are underrepresented in the number of shooters-- you'd expect whites to do 72.1 percent of the mass shootings and they dont. So not that white conservatives arent a problem for a lot of reasons, but it seems like your theory doesnt hold up around racism alone. Theres more going on than that.
