This guy is trying to be the Trump of the 2040s. He's getting his start now. He does the same squinty-pained expressions as Trump. He almost uses the same vocal inflections, if you go look at Trump interviews when he was younger. He's going to assert himself as one of these dudes that are always around talking shit about everything until he gets to run for president.
