He's very obviously bringing this up because he's been having conversations with one of his thirty Rasputin wannabees. He can't help but repeat the conversations he's been having. This obviously started when he rode the ambulance, wore the hand makeup, and started talking about getting into heaven. Now he's been informed he's dying of something, and he's progressed to coping about Super-Ivermectin with RFK and whoever else.

Obviously anything is possible but this sequence of events has a near 100% certainty

i wouldn't call it 100%. sorry to be a bit of an asshole but here's how i see it. the ambulance rides, the bruising, the hell-talk, these are all the activities of an 80 year-old man. the medbeds and the drugs that cure death are easy enough to buy from cheap hucksters like the guy from the apprentice. his "terminal diagnosis" is probably old age, and these motherfuckers always live to 100. then again, he probably hasn't touched a glass of water since ronald reagan was lucid. so who knows?
