I had a hernia repair last year, surgeon said I can back to training after 6 weeks. I waited about 10 until hitting the mats and another 2 before I started rolling. It wasn't so much the hernia area that hurt, it was everything else after being off for so long. Had some groin pain after, got another scan and was told it's just inflammation of the area. Very cautious now anytime there's a tweak below the equator. permalink fedilink source parent [+] LowExperience2368@aussie.zone 2 points 3 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (1 child) [deleted] permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [โ] MeanElevator@aussie.zone 4 points 3 months ago I think it's what they're referring to. permalink fedilink source parent
