Magic mushrooms are one thing, but there are actually a different kind of mushrooms that exclusively make people hallucinate tiny people running around everywhere. Theyre commonly eaten in Asia as a food, but if undercooked they make you see little people
There are a couple species around the world that have the same effect, so scientists are working to find the gene or other root cause that triggers us to hallucinate lilliputians

Now I have to find a way to cultivate these.
If you figure out a way to cultivate them, I'd be interested to know.
It has me wondering what the little people look like. Are they based on the most prevalent ethnicity in your region? How are they dressed? Are they dressed???
Do they just wander or do they try to do tasks for some sort?

A tl;dr is that it is almost impossible at home and seems that no one ventured there yet. You'll have to make an expedition to the far east to find the answer for your questions yourself. Good luck!
