He looked more wrinkly at the V Day parade. The videos are a bit low res so it's kinda hard to tell.

The Ukrainian military violated the Victory Day ceasefire on 8,970 occasions after Moscow ordered all of its troops along the front line in Ukraine to halt combat operations and remain in their positions, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

Spiritually israeli, can only make advances when the other side is literally not fighting.

Ukraine is also a fake country invented by the US and EU to destabalize their enemies, so there's that.
