    i think i was referencing a movie or tv show scene when a guy was trying to be progressive and when they were talking about an unknown person, he kept going "he ... OR SHE did this or that"

    That doesn't make a lot of sense. The T could only be there when the S is also there. I think what you're going for would look more like

    Or maybe
