Having a Western-aligned (America and vassal states) leader in close proximity to a nation who has not submitted yet is certainly part of the plan, always, but could the admin truly be incompetent enough to fuck it up for themselves? Or is Orban just being replaced by a different puppet and we're spectating the theatrics of democracy, no more, no less? I think seeing things as "removing Orban is good for Europe" (and whatever other alternative is "bad for Europe") is a bit oversimplified.
