If you're not using the ready-bake ones, you can just cut the par-cooked noodles to fit.

if you're making your own pasta, you can just roll it into a ~~piecrust~~ round sheet.

If you trimmed them to fit, most likely you'd have spaces around the circumference of the circular dish unfilled by pasta so you'd put the trimmings in there.
