The entire world is being advised to return to working from home, The Guardian reports.

The publication reports that the World Energy Organization has recommended governments reduce speed limits on highways and urged workers to carpool or, ideally, work from home to combat the sharp rise in oil prices and looming fuel shortages caused by the conflict in the Middle East.

It has also recommended that all countries consider restricting vehicle access to designated areas in major cities.
