More make it illegal to turn off their body cameras. Oh and enforce it all. Make 3rd offences mandatory termination with an attached ban on law enforcement jobs for 2 years.

While I'm at it is like a billion dollars and a unicorn.

    Good except lifetime ban on LEO work. If you can't handle the basic requirements of an entry level position in a job that requires a higher standard of care, you shouldnt be allowed back. I feel the same way I would about a nurse or doctor who injures patients.
