But so far this century we've largely followed the US lead on copyright law, so I'm not holding hope we're going to come to an interesting solution. I already block rss bots when I see them because I want to see what other people are sharing, not what one person or a group of other people have automated to post to Lemmy or other federated sites. I don't want to hang out with bots, or llms, or agents, or even - if it ever happens - real ai. I'm for humans.
