If it’s only Israel, then an accusation of antisemitism has a reason. After looking a bit, Spain withdrew their ambassador from Argentina for something petty. Also from Nicaragua after they had complained about Spanish colonial attitudes. Of course Spain also did shit like revoke diplomatic status of the Flemish ambassador over supporting independence for Catalonia.
